On-line research between employees to identify their expectations, problems and ideas according negative consequences and health problems which occur due to prolonged seating for a computer or other work-related illnesses, caused by standing work, repetitive movements and others.

Good Practices

Collect good practices and concepts on the field of workout exercises for employees in project partners countries, identify already existing solutions for use the exsisting facilities in companies for implementation training exercises and select the best practice models.


Develop the optimal set of 10 minutes training exercises ACTIVE BREAK! Innovative approaches are necessary in order to attract the target group and employers. Select the best motivation strategy to motivate employees and employers for implementation of this kind of physical activities between work.

Training Programme

Implement the “Train the trainers” programme for volunteers from local sport organisations, sport associationas and sport clubs in the field of sports practice and with sports background as trainers, instructors, trainers of group exercises. Sport volunteers will be trained for managing workouts for employees.


The project ACTIVE BREAK was enabled through a grant program from the Erasmus+ Programme. Which enabled us to obtain partial funding for the realization of this project. We also thank all the volunteers from sport organizations who participated in the implementation of the project. Members of society have helped us in establishing relationships with companies and the analysis that has identified the most appropriate training progeamme.

About the project

The project Active Break adresses the today’s stressful times and abundance of work. Where we forget too many times that movement is a source of health. Employers put pressure on employees to maximize productivity.  Many employees suffer from a variety of pain due to prolonged sitting for a computer, standing work, repetitive movements etc. what cause many work-related illnesses. The innovative aspect of the project is promotion of daily 10 minutes physical sports activities for employees between work-time, which will be lead by sport volunteers. Sport volunteers will be trained for managing workouts for employees with support of e-learning platform.
